We know - it can sound a little naive to think that the world might be a better place because more people get to enjoy authentic bread. BUT, we also have first hand experience with what it's like to be far from home, or far from friends, and be instantly transported back to fond memories. We are a small shop in North Texas. We know we skew on the younger side, so we try to utilize a lot of tooling to make the entire experience seamless. You'll find our checkout page below (we think it's pretty easy but if you have feedback we're here for it).

We've partnered with a company called Pan Bonita that takes care of all of our logistics: it lets us focus on marketing and baking bread (two things we really love). Seriously, we really love making sweet breads here.

When you place an order we get notified immediately and start working on it: usually if you place it in the morning we're able to send it out the same day! Hard to get more fresh than that!

From retired US Armed Service workers, to repurposed tech workers, to home-taught bakers: we are a diverse group who have come together with one mission: to make it as easy as possible for you to order memories to be delivered to your house.
